- Recognizing red flags early
- Trusting your instincts early

BOUNDARIES

VOICE
“Confidence starts with using your voice.”

Students learn how to set clear personal boundaries, use confident body language, and respond assertively under pressure in real-world situations.
Students practice:
- Verbal boundary setting
- Strong stance and posture
- Creating distance before contact
- Using voice with confidence

DEFENSIVE
SKILLS
“Simple skills that work under stress.”

Students learn practical escape-first techniques focused on creating space, breaking free, and getting to safety quickly.
Students practice:
- Wrist grab escapes
- Clothing grab releases
- Palm strikes and push-away skills
- Movement under pressure
WEEK 4
REAL-WORLD
SELF-DEFENSE
“Train for situations that can actually happen.”

Students combine awareness, movement, and defensive skills in realistic situations designed to build confidence and quick decision-making under pressure.
Students practice:
- Wall and corner awareness
- Close-range defensive movement
- Creating escape opportunities
- Using voice and movement together
WEEK 5
REAL-LIFE
SCENARIOS
“Put it all together with guided scenarios.”

Students apply the skills they learned throughout the program in realistic scenario-based exercises focused on confidence, awareness, and safe decision-making.
Students practice:
- Campus safety situations
- Parking lot and campus awareness
- Public space confidence
- Escape and response decision-making
